Refund policy
We will accept returns/exchanges of items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 30 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. Please reach us at info@gleelush.com to make a return or exchange request and provide the following information:
- Order Number
- First and Last name
- Product names that you want to return/exchange (Name-Color-Size) and the product you want to exchange to if applicable. (i.e. Hoodies, Sweater dress)
After inspection for quality, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. You should see the refund within 2-5 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
